- Prayosha products are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is not used or washed.
- The product is not eligible for exchange or return unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect or has been delivered broken. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue, sending the same to the contact number given below.
